Orders may be placed with us via telephone, fax, or email. We will do our best under normal circumstances to process your order and deliver it as quickly as possible. Please indicate whether your needs require any special shipping priorities or expected delivery deadlines. Your inside or outside sales representative can provide you with an “Order Acknowledgement,” if you wish.

Please note that we do not stock all of the items that are shown in the numerous catalogs as may be distributed from JLM. We stock significant amounts of inventory at JLM, but, often we must defer to our manufacturer locations for fulfilling customer orders.

As a general policy, our customers do not incur any shipping charges with items supplied from our inventory. Exceptions to this policy might be particularly heavy items such as machinery, whereby incoming freight charges have not been added to the price. Items that we must order from our manufacturer-suppliers to fill your order, usually incur inbound freight charges.
